Medicinal Uses :

  1. Medicinally, it is used as antiseptic. It is very useful in heartburn and stomach disorders.

  2. It is also useful in treating digestive disorders, tuberculosis, respiratory problems, throat problems etc.

  3. Cardamom is particularly helpful for the digestive system. It works as a laxative and soothes colic, wind, dyspepsia and nausea, even nausea caused by pregnancy.
